We know our guests love to soak up every drop of our sacred British sunshine, so here at The Horseshoes in East Farleigh we've created a cool collection of summer drinks to help blow away the clouds.

Let's Go Alfresco

OK, so we can't control the weather but we can mix a mean cocktail, and after extensive experimentation we've come up with some classy concoctions for you to sip in our - fingers crossed - sunny garden. Here are just a few of our favourites, shaken (but not stirred) with top quality ingredients:

• Pimm's Citroen - Ketel Citroen vodka, Pimm's, cranberry, raspberries, lemons and redcurrants... Never fails to hit the spot
• Grand Esprit - a very European mix of Grand Marnier, elderflower cordial, soda water, with orange and strawberry
• Whitley Neil G&T - Whitley Neil gin & Fever Tree tonic served with ice and juicy Cape gooseberries. A fruity twist on an English classic
• And if it rains, go Cuban with a Dark & Stormy - seven-year-old Havana Club Rum, Fever-Tree ginger beer and ice

Cool Quenchers

If you fancy a soft option, try one of our invigoratingly cool quenchers, which are new in from This Water and Fever-Tree and full of natural fruity goodness. Enjoy these refreshing beauties over plenty of ice and a slice.

Tapas With Your Tipples

Our summer drinks go down a treat with our new sharing plates. Choose from the house sampler, a perfectly portioned selection of tasty bites; a fish mezze, crammed with seafood classics like calamari and king prawns; and the meat platter, a flavoursome feast of continental meats, olives and bread.
