Useful info about The Horseshoes
The Horseshoes is a traditional village pub & restaurant in East Farleigh serving tasty, freshly cooked food and top-drawer drinks, with a log-fire when it's chilly and a great beer garden for the warmer weather.
We're just three miles west of Maidstone, close to the River Medway and East Farleigh bridge, and just a short drive from Barming, Tovil and Coxheath.
Local landmarks
If it's history you're after, we've got bags of it here in the garden of England. The beautiful but bafflingly named Leeds Castle is a top tourist spot, and its nine-hole course is frequented by our very own HOGS golf society. Also worth a look are the Marle Place Gardens and the ruins of Bayham Old Abbey.
